They even very neatly and strategically organized the truck with all our boxes and stuff. Since we have a pretty oversized couch, we did get charged a little extra for the maneuvering that had to be done to get it down 3 floors. I don’t blame them!
  These guy are experienced, professional, organized, and trustworthy. The entire experience definitely met our standards. I highly recommend Stella Moving!

  We booked Stella as their rates were reasonable and they had a 3h minimum rather than 4h which every other company we contacted had. I initially called for a quote, then received the quote via a text message link. Booking and confirming … More was super easy and we paid a $75 deposit to secure the booking. On the day, I received a text message when the guys were 15 mins away and then again when they arrived. Our arrival window was between 8 and 9am and they arrived at 8.30. We had 3 guys (with Eduardo leading the charge) and they moved everything super carefully. It was all blanketed and wrapped before being moved and then unwrapped after being positioned in our new place. The beds had to be dismantled and were then reassembled on the other end and my desk also had to be disassembled as it was too big to fit through the door of the new place. We didn’t have anything that was damaged, the guys were super friendly and helpful and were done in less than 6h. I also liked that you had free use of their wardrobe boxes as long as they were unpacked straight away on the other end. 10/10 recommend and would use again (although not planning to move again any time soon!!)

  Four guys showed up on a … More Sunday afternoon still full of cheer and energy, even though this was their second job for the day. When it turned out that one truck was not enough to move my belongings efficiently, Matt, the owner sent another truck with two additional movers.
  The guys were all experienced movers and worked seamlessly as a crew. It was obvious that this company is a professional moving company with their own crew, rather than some other companies who employ drivers and day laborers...
  All my furniture was professionally shrink wrapped. The trucks were loaded very carefully separating the heavy boxes and putting the fragile boxes on top. My couches and my piano were carefully wrapped in moving blankets.
  The entire experience was very pleasant, efficient, and met the highest standards. I am very grateful for Matt, Guido, and the entire crew. I highly recommend Stella Moving to everybody who needs help with moving a household.

  We had a great experience with Stella Moving when moving across town. The 2 movers, Dimitri and Roberto, showed up right on time and got to work immediately. My worry was unwarranted because Dimitri and Roberto kept their masks on and respected all distancing measures without having to be asked. They worked efficiently and consistently throughout the day. We have a lot of boxes, some really heavy, and a lot of stairs but Dimitri and Roberto handled it like champs- no damage to a single thing. The guys were polite, respectful, and easy to talk to. The move from our two bedroom apartment took about 5 hours which included disassembling furniture, wrapping things in plastic, and carrying everything down 2 flights of stairs.   The gentleman was right on time as sent in the email, they greeted us with a respectful smile and hand shake, and got right to work. I showed them what was to be moved and they took control. They were very gentle in moving all furniture, wrapped up the essential objects, and was able to fit everything inside the truck in one trip.
  They met me around the corner at the new house and unloaded the truck by placing the objects in the specific areas. They offered to help unpack/unwrap the furniture, but I polity declined the offer. I needed to plan out where I wanted the furniture since I know the space available.
  I forgot their names, but it was two guys that helped me move a few weeks ago in Davenport, CA. They were very nice, socialized with me, and made sure everything was fine before they left. I was very pleased with this moving service because the quote provided was very accurate with no hidden fees or cost.
  I highly recommend this moving service because of the great customer service, well priced cost, and professional care of the objects. Thank you.
